Cancellation Policy
- Non-Applicability of Cancellation: Once a parking slot booking is confirmed, cancellation is not applicable.
- Refund for Payment Failures: If payment fails due to issues with the payment gateway, the same amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
- No Cancellation Charges: There are no cancellation charges if payment fails or if there are issues with payment processing through the payment gateway.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds for failed payments will be processed within 7-10 working days and returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Clear Communication: Customers are informed about the refund process and timelines, ensuring transparency in the handling of payment issues.
