- Refunds are not available once a parking slot booking is confirmed.
- Cancellation is not applicable once a slot is booked, and refunds will not be processed thereafter.
- In the event of payment processing issues through the payment gateway, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds for payment processing issues will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
